Policy

Welcome to Coconut Resort & Villa.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review our updated resort policies below.


1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: Anytime (24 hours)
    Guests may check in at any hour of the day or night. Early check-in is always welcome, depending on room availability.
  • Check-Out: 12:00 PM
    Please vacate your room by 12:00 PM so we may prepare for incoming guests.
    Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • A valid ID and booking confirmation are required upon check-in.
  • A deposit may be required to secure reservations.
  • Accepted payments: cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival are free of charge.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay or as stated in your booking terms.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Children & Extra Guests

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Additional guests may incur extra charges depending on room capacity.
  • Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Safety & Security

  • The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
  • Use the in-room safe for storing personal items.
  • Only registered guests are permitted in rooms overnight.

6. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are available.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages may be subject to corkage fees.

7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed, unless pre-approved for specific villas.

8. Resort Facilities

  • Swimming Pool Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Towels, equipment, and resort items must be returned after use.
  • Lost or damaged items may be charged accordingly.

9. Environmental Responsibility

We care deeply about the natural beauty of our surroundings.
Guests are encouraged to:

  • Conserve water and electricity
  • Reuse towels when possible
  • Dispose of waste responsibly
  • Respect local wildlife and marine areas

10. Code of Conduct

  • Please maintain respectful behavior toward staff and fellow guests.
  • Excessive noise, disruptive actions, or violations of resort rules may result in removal without refund.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

Coconut Resort & Villa is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of belongings due to guest negligence, misuse of facilities, or natural events.
