By booking a stay or accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
- These Terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of Coconut Resort & Villa.
- The resort reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations
- Reservations must be made by guests aged 18 or older.
- A valid government-issued ID and booking confirmation are required at check-in.
- Room rates vary depending on dates, occupancy, and promotions.
3. Payments & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Payments may be made via cash, major credit cards, or approved digital methods.
- Outstanding balances must be settled upon check-in or check-out.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: Anytime (24 hours), based on room availability.
- Check-Out: 12:00 PM
- Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival qualify for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay or as stated in your booking policy.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or amended.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Respect resort property and other guests.
- Use facilities safely and responsibly.
- Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Be accountable for any damages caused to rooms, facilities, or property.
7. Prohibited Activities
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following are not allowed:
- Illegal activities
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
- Smoking inside rooms or closed areas
- Unauthorized visitors in guest rooms
- Tampering with safety equipment
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Coconut Resort & Villa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests use facilities (pool, beachfront, water activities) at their own risk.
- The resort is not liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence, natural occurrences, or force majeure events.
9. Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless approved for specific villas.
- Guests with approved pets must follow all pet guidelines and pay any applicable fees.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
11. Property Damage & Loss
- Charges may apply for lost keys, stained linens, broken items, or damaged property.
- The resort reserves the right to charge a security deposit or process additional fees after check-out if needed.
12. Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Government actions
- Pandemics or travel restrictions
- Acts of God
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region where Coconut Resort & Villa operates. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, making payment, or checking in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
